Bibliography

The information on this website is taken from many and different sources. That means other websites like Dr Mercola’s website which I recommend highly or different books and from my two reflexology courses I attended. I have no profit coming from this information and have no intention to do so in the future.

I will make a list of the books I use and websites I visit. If anyone needs more details or has questions please let me know and I will try to help as much as I can. As well you can put a question on this website and I hope me or someone out there will be able to help.

As I already mentioned, one of the websites I revisit all the time is www.Mercola.com. Any time I need information of a different condition or just to find out what is new I get to his website. It’s full of good and interesting health related articles.

Adrenal fatigue – The 21st century stress syndrome, by James L. Wilson – is one of the books I already wrote about.
On the back cover it says:” Tired for no “reason”?
Having trouble for getting up in the morning?
Need coffees or colas to keep you going?
Feeling run down and stressed?
Crave salty or sweet snacks?
Struggling to keep up with life’s daily demands?…. etc If you answered “yes” to any of the above, you need this book.”
Well, if you think as one of my friends and say any of us experienced at least once one of these “symptoms” so then the book is too “general” and is not worth it paying attention… I really think is a big mistake because although is quite “normal” to feel a bit blue at hard times we confuse it with feeling miserable any time there is a challenge.
I have seen people taking their breakfast on the go to work and that was a croissant and their coffee or Red Bull so that they are “awake” and they can focus on their work or studies. And then lunch is coming with a sandwich accompanied by a lot of stress and if we are lucky dinner could be a bit in a quieter place and stress free. Water? Oh, many of us completely forgot about it. And it is very important as all the biochemical process in our bodies can not work properly without water. Water is the fuel for all the cells to function well and give us the energy we need.

I am sorry if anyone would recognize themselves in this description of eating habits but I suppose it is not just a case of one person. If one does not realize in time what this lifestyle could do to one’s state of health you can find out from all the people’s stories which are presented in this book. And the most important you will find out how you can change all these harmful habits as there are few of us who would automatically change their stressful jobs or completely switch overnight their eating habits.

The pH miracle – balance your diet, reclaim your health, by Robert O.Young PhD and Shelley Redford Young
There are not enough words of appreciation for this book. It is an amazing book and can change ones’ life for good and better.
It is all about this wonderful pH balance which each of us should maintain in order to have good health. It is about the pH balance between acids and alkaline foods.
You will find ways to get motivated, you will get to know how to do a Cleanse, you will learn why grasses are so good for you. The authors will explain why sugars are so harmful for you and how to stop being addictive to them. You will end up doing your our sprouts and I can guarantee is such a fun and good to know you eat the best nature can offer to you. The colors and shapes of these wonderful seeds and beans would make you never to go back to fast-food. You will discover that through good, nourishing food as well our energy levels are increased.
It is a good book and I recommended with all my heart.

    Philip Koepple…

Some people are ever so busy in ascertaining the causes of the different diseases that they hardly find time to look to the more important part of their business as physicians-namely “cure”….
